windows NT 4.0

Hi, I have a computer that was given to me, it has Windows NT 4.0 running on it. The problem that I am having is, I have never used Windows NT before and I can't seem to figure out how to get into the control panel. Does anyone here know anything about windows NT?

Click on Start then on Settings and you should see the Control Panel.

Its worth mentioning that NT4 first hit the streets back in 1996 and as it is so old, there is very little support offered by Microsoft as most of it has been phased out now.
