When asking a question, please let us know the relevant details about your PC, e.g. which operating system you have.
In other words, help us to help you.

It seems like your I.E. has been highjacked. The easiest and safest method that I know is to uninstall I.E. then re-install it.
Maybe Rob has a better solution, but its a good starting point.

Help us to help you!
Be specific with your problem and tell us your machines specs.

How are you viewing this page, with a different computer? Or can you type an address in and it works.
