Question help not displaying

I have windows 98SE. I did a complete restore. I now have a problem with the help menu. I wanted to find a modem troubleshooting. Network password cannot be saved. I looked it up but the solution does not display. There is a white blank space. So what do I do to get back the complete help section? Previously I downloaded updates for Microsoft office, and Windows updates.

Alan will become famous soon enough
The Windows Knowledge-base article number 148925 will help you track down your password problem. There can be many reasons that it will not save. You can read it by clicking here. The problem with your help files not displaying properly is proberly due to corrupt files. You can extract the windows.chm files from your installation disk or from your CAB files. Details of how to do that can be read here.

Hope this helps
