i would say the easiest way is to open up your start menu, then all programs, then accessories, system tools then hit disk cleanup check all categories then simply hit ok at the bottom of the disk cleanup box it will clean up all the temp files and stuff and your done

If You Feel We Have Helped You,and You Would Like To DONATE That Would Be Appreciated

We had already answered this question in another post today.
The reason why we suggested downloading CrapCleaner was because with just ONE click you can clear out your:

Tempory Internet Files
Cookies
History
Recently Typed URL's
Delete Index.dat Files
Remove Other Prefetch Files
Windows Log Files
and
Memory Dumps
all of which contribute to slowing your machine down.
It is very safe causing no problems that I am aware of.

How easy do you want it?

Ray, you keep replying to the the post notification email you receive. This sends me an email and does not create a reply on the forums. There is a link in the email that takes you back to the forum to create a new post.

Let me know if you need any help with it.
