Lightbulb pc restarting

hi, i just register right now, now my problem is i got a 2 computer, one has problem of automatic restarting and the other is working, when i switched the first HDD to the 2nd pc (btw the HDD is Seagate 80 gig SATA; both of the 2; i set it primary, disconnect the other HDD) the same problem occur, but when i connect the HDD of the 2nd to the 1st pc, i went fine, no problem at all, here is the worst part when i press F8 to enter safe mode, i choose Disable Automatic restarting i got the Blue Screen error displaying "0x000007B (0XF89D524 0X0000035 0X0000000 0X0000000", But if chose safe mode will restart the pc over again, i don't know what could be the posible problem, It is the OS having corruption or the Hardware itself

thanks and good day, any help would me much appreciated,

jeff

It sounds like corrupted files or sectors on that hard drive (the one thats playing up). Try connecting it as a slave to the other hard drive, then scan it for bad sectors with scandisk.
If it has no bad sectors, then it could be either a virus or corrupted files.
