Unhappy Cant setup an Internet Account

Hi people, please help

I put together a basic PC so my mum could get online and communicate via the Internet. It just has a 4.3gig drive with 96mb of SDRAM on a TX/PRO motherboard. Everything installed okay until I slapped in a Wanadoo CD to get them an account. The following is what I noted after that, please if you have an answer then make it simple because I will have to pass instructions over the phone to novice users.

Installs Conexant HCF V90 56K Speakerphone PCI Modem OK on Com 3.
Diagnostics OK.
Conexant Enumerator OK.
Wanadoo disk starts to setup then..........
"Cannot load the Remote Network Access Library (RASAP132.DLL). The following error ocurred:
The system cannot find the specified file".
"The Internet Connection Wizard could not configure your computer for the internet".
"You will need to manually set up your own TCP/IP protocols, Dial-up Networking and Modem, ISDN line, or other devices you use to dial out from your computer".

I've also had the message "You already have an Internet Connection using LAN connection".
Dial-up Networking has disappeared, just comes up with a blank web page when I go into it!
In System/Accessories/System Info under modem I get:
TCP/IP Problem Code = 2(0x2)

I appreciate any help and patience in reading all of this. I remember the same problem from a mates PC years ago but I cant remember how I solved it.

Much appreciated

Mike

Alan will become famous soon enough
Which operating system have you installed? If, as I think it is, Win95 or 98 try this:
Goto the Control Panel
Select ADD/Remove Programs
Click on the 'Windows Setup' tab
Select Communications
Put a check mark in the 'Dial-Up Networking' box
Click 'OK' to continue
Have your Windows CD ready as you will be asked for it.
When loaded, you will be prompted to reboot.
Now try your 'Wanna......' install.
Let us know how you get on.
