Hello,
I have recently purchased a used laptop, it is a IBM thinkpad with windows 98 se. When i try to load AOL it will not work, so i called aol and went through a troubleshooting session with them and we came to the conclusion that it is low on RESOURCES because there are a lot of things running when the computer starts up. AOL said to get these closed and there program will work. So can anyone tell me how to close or shutdown these hidden programs. it may be a simple thing to you but i dont know how to fix this and cant afford to take it to a shop at this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
