Have turned house upside down, can't find it, but I need this file: msbexp.exe from the \add-ons\MSBackup folder on the Windows Me CD-ROM.

The file you want is a back-up utility for Win ME, I have not yet located it. But try this link it does exactly the same thing. In the meantime I will continue to search for it.
