help rundll error loading

I am currently experiencing this windows error when i start up my pc.
It says rundll error loading EGDACCESS_1057.dll then a window pops up and says the specified module could not be found. Have tried searching windows help for dll errors but no such luck. Can someone PLEASE help. I am not a computer wiz, but can navigate around ok if instructed. I have been having constant disconnect problems with my internet connection, running aol 9.0 dial-up. Hoping this will fix probs with that as well. Anyone recommend pc repair programs?, how about that PC BUG, which is the best, and do they really fix problems?

Download and run MicrosoftAntispy, you will find the link in the Reviews forum. Fix everything it finds then post back with the results.
