16 bit Window Subsystem Message

I don't know why is this error:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.
The System file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Close or Ignore

Normally I choose ignore, and then whatever the application is will continue running. But the question is what is wrong with the Autoexec file? And if there is a problem with it, what shall I do? Thanks in advance

First, choosing Ignore with that error is the same as choosing Close, they both close the program!

Now you can download a patch and try that by clicking here.
