CMOS error !!!

hi!

my pc was running quite smoothly with no problem but yesterday i noticed an error ---" CMOS error - Defaults Loaded " while booting and i had to press F1 for continuing .after that it was allright ..now today also i had to press F1 during booting and while surfing al of a sudden the pc restared ... this thing never happened earlier ...dont know whats happening ...HELP!!!

This error normally happens when the CMOS battery is weak, you should try replacing it with a new one, it's not expensive.
