start up supanet

I have not long got a new computer from TIME and it had an internet program on it to sign up with SUPANET, but I am on NTL broadband and on start up i get a screen asking me to sign up with supanet.
I went to 'search' for supernet and deleted all files with that name, well there in the recycle bin, but it still comes up after i start windows up.
How do i get rid of this page for good please.
Can anyone help.

Press the Win key + R and type MSCONFIG then press enter.
Click on the Start tab and look for anything to do with Supanet and uncheck it.
Re-boot and it should be gone.
Post back with the results and we will look at it further.
