My friend's problem NTLDR

Hi, this is one of my friend's messes. She deleted this file, which I know for shot is an NT Loader file, which will help the PC to boot. She told me that this file was in MY DOCUMENTS, and she deleted by mistake.

The error she'es getting when switching the PC on, after the POST is:

NTLDR file missing, Press CTRL + ALT + DEL

I think she needs the help of a boot disk, and she got one. But I don't know what to do, and if she cannot replace the file from a boot disk!!!
