Cool ShutdownPlus Pro & uninstallation problem

I want to uninstall ShutdownPlus Pro from my PC. Obviously I go to add/remove programs and choose to remove. It will start the windows installation window and then, all of a sudden a new window will pop up. This is what it says:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter and alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'WIS559D67392AFC4FA791DEC5F71AABB75E_6_5_in the box below.

User source:
And here you have to type the path (But there is already a path which is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Wise Installation Wizard\)

If I click on OK: (A new window will pop up) The Path 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Wise Installation Wizard\WIS559D67392AFC4FA791DEC5F71AABB75E_6_5_189 ' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'WIS559D67392AFC4FA791DEC5F71AABB75E_6_5_189.MSI' in a folder from which you can install the product ShutdownPlus Professional 6.5. (And you have to press OK)

If I choose Cancel: (A new window will pop up) The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. (And you have to click on OK)

The strange thing is, that I have SpywareGuard @ startup. And whenever the windows will start I will get the same error before loading SpywareGuard. But when I click on Cancel, it will pop up the same error about 3 times then SpywareGuard will load. Strange, it will load succesfully, but the ShutdownPlus Pro is still in the add/remove applet and I remember uninstalling it from the start menu.

It sounds to me that the program is corrupted. I think the first thing to try is re-install it over your current version then un-install it from the Add/Remove applet in Safe Mode. If you are successful then clean up your registry with what ever optimizer you are using.
Let us know how you get on with it Daniel, then we can plan the next (if needed) move.

Be specific with your problem and tell us your machines specs.

Hey Alan, Oki for now I haven't tried to reinstall it, I am gonna try later on, but just restart in safe mode and tried to uninstall it. Here's the message I got:

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in Safe Mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your Support personnel for assistance.
