wrong time shown

hi!
i have p-4 , 256 mb ram and use win xp . i had 128 mb ram and i upgraded to 256 mb . that was 1 month ago but for the last 3-4 days i m seeing that the clock is showing wrong time . i have changed it many times but to no help ..


pls help me
