Can someone help me when I restart my computer and every thing had restart I get this window message about smartissue it keeps poping up about 20 times does anyone now what smartissue is??/
Smartissue is a hijacker. What I would suggest you do is download About Buster from this link Unzip it, check for updates then reboot your PC in safe mode. Run AboutBuster and save the log in case we need to view it.
