Hey there. I have encoutnered a problem while installing SP2 through Windows Update. Obviously I have Windows XP Pro SP1. An update notification popped up to update SP2. Started normal update installation, downloaded.... After about 2 hours downloading and configuring the system and the whole lot, finally the installation begun. Afterwards, about 5 bloody seconds before it was done an error occured, ACCESS DENIED. This is really really annoying, tried 2 times. I'm very angry with this
If somebody know what this is caused by and he can help me, I will appreciate his help obviously. AND... I have the SP2 log file (svpack.log). And at the very end I noticed these logs:
