| Computer has 'uped and died'
hi, I'me john, a totaly uncomputer minded guy, who is looking for someone to kindly help with a windows XP pro programmed computer that has 'died' on us.
The computer had been loosing contact with the mouse, the pointer would disapear but it would still highlight things if you guessed where the pointer should be. It them completely lost any contact with the monitor. when switched on, the fans run, the hard drive powers up, but theres no bleeps from the tower. The nothing at all appears on the screen, its just dead. I have tried changing monitors, and both work fine on this old 'reserve' PC.
The computer is an ebox, with a Sayo K7V Dragon Plus mother board.
