Unkown error message

Hello all. I am getting an error message when i log on to my windows XP machine. I do not know why it is happening or what program it belongs to, if any, but it is highly anoying and i would like to get rid of it. I should mention that there are 4 user accounts on the machine and the error message comes up on all of the accounts when logged on.
Take a look at the image, if you know how to solve this or know what program it belongs to so that i could deal with it it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Matt.

by chance do you have an AT&T broadband connection?this actually could be a connection manager for any broadband connection.after looking a bit more i seen people having the same thing with several different isp's.

this process seems to be linked to a couple things.one being a broadband connection assistant.the other process that could use it is microsoft office.it is an uneeded process you could always disable it in msconfig under startup.

Thanks pharoah, you are a genious

As u mentioned broadband above i thougt is was plausable because i have NTL broardband. I searched my pc for 'smartbridge' and it appeard in the folder of the NTL. As i have wireless net on that PC now, i deleted the whole folder (as it did not appear in remove programs), rebooted, logged on and the message did not appear!

Thanks for your help, much appreciated
