DAMB-NFO is exactly how I used to describe NFO files, I have forgotten just how many times I have clicked on a NFO only to have system stats come up.
Many freeware files are distributed with descriptive NFO and DIZ files as part of the package. Of course these are just plain text files that you view with Notepad or any other text editor but often the formatting is lost. This is a viewer that is made for the NFO files. Install it and forget it! Just double click on the NFO/DIZ to read it.
