Need a bit of help with my hotmail account please guys

Whenever i click on the "my inbox" tab in MSN or, indeed go to hotmail.com all i get is a white screen and nothing happens. Its a pain because its my main Email account

Is it only MSN that is giving you problems?
Have you updated windows and office components recently?

no been gettin all sorts of internet probs but this is the most annoying.

I can surf for a while then i get an error message saying DNS error and i have to restart my PC.

A DNS error is Domain Name Service and there are a few things to check.
First try emptying your tempory internet files, cache etc.
Go to the Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter
Run ipconfig and see if you are being assigned a Connection specific DNS suffix. If not then go to your TCP/IP settings for your local area connection and specify the dns suffix for your isp.

Which version of Windows/I.E. are you using?
