| Redten in background
I am an ex Redten customer and now have Broadband provided by BT Internet but have a gmail email.
My operating system is Windows XP.
When the system starts up the background (Stonehenge) appears then after a while the background goes white and the icons appear on the left of the screen and then the screen returns to the background.
Then a third of the right screen goes white and Redten and the buttons for support and email etc appear. These of course are now useless.
How do I get rid of the Redten part of the background and the start up. I have tried right clicking the mouse on properties to change the background but this only works for two thirds of the screen.
Has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved? |
