sound card

My P C doesh't recognise my sound card.Help please.

thats no where near enough info to go on.what kind of pc do you have?are you using onboard sound ,or an add-in card?

2.Have you installed the drivers for the sound card?
3.Have you checked the sound card is working in device manager.

Is this a new sound card you just installed? What operating system are you running? What type of sound card are using? Are you getting an error, or just no sound.

It is an add on card,the last time I did a reformat I had this same problem.Ii have the driver installed but is not being recognised by my p c.I HAD INFO THE HOW TO CURE THE PROBLEM,BUT LIKE THE DUMMY I AM I HAVE MISLADE IT.

personally i would remove it,reset the bios,and try it again.
