Question graphics card query

im trying to put an nvida gt6900 into a dell optiplex 755. the prob im having is that the nvida card needs an extra power lead into the back of it to power the fan i think but my comp hasnt got that lead.
what do i need to do??

Is this a full size power lead like the type that goes into a harddrive? If so look at the following link. It splits one power lead into two.
