Help Me Protect My Kids!!!!!

Hello,

As I have herd that 70% off children are exposed to explicit content on the internet I need some help.

Does anyone know of any parental control software that does some of the following:?

• Web Filtering
• Website Blocking
• Application Blocking
• Internet Cut off Time e.g. 20:00
• Computer Cut off Time e.g after 8 they cant use it.
• Give reports of websites visited etc....
• MUST WORK ON WINDOWS XP

Please help me.....
