Deleting .NET Passports

I'm trying to delete inactive .NET Passports from my computer that were put there by other people using MSN on my computer. I looked on MSN's help page and found the following:
  1. In Windows, click the Start button, click Control Panel, and then double-click User Accounts.
  2. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Manage Passwords.
  3. In the Stored User Names and Passwords dialog box, click Passport.Net\*, and then click Remove.
This does not delete your Passport, but it prevents automatic sign-ins, even if you select the Allow automatic sign in when connected to the Internet check box on the General tab in the Messenger Options dialog box.
  4. Click Close, and then click OK.
Unfortunately, when I got to User Accounts, I couldn't find any tabs at all, let alone an Advanced tab. I'm using WinXP. Can anybody help?

Try this:

go to start, control panal, click on user accounts, select your account, then click in the manage my network passwords in the box top left, and you should see a list of all the people who have used msn on your pc now delete at your leisure.
