Two problems

Just today I was e-mailing a supplier at a yahoo address and the first one went through fine and then after that I kept getting this error message "Your message has been delayed and is still awaiting delivery
to the following recipient(s):

?@yahoo.com
Message delayed


I/O error encountered" , every time after that.

It also had a txt message with it.
"Reporting-MTA: dns; mpmail5.accesstoledo.com
Received-From-MTA: dns; LADYD (unverified [65.221.52.4])
Arrival-Date: Wed, 26 May 2004 01:39:24 -0400

Final-Recipient: rfc822; ?@yahoo.com
Action: delayed
Status: 4.4.2 (Persistent transient failure - routing/network: bad connection)
Remote-MTA: dns; mx1.mail.yahoo.com.

Then I e-mailed another yahoo address and that first went through and then after that no more of those would go through and I got the same message. Someone told me to delete my temp files and that didn't work.

The next problem
I have program that backups my e-mail when I close out of outlook 2000.
Whenever I close out, the program comes up and starts to save and then after about a minute it stop and gives me this error message
"Cannot copy mailbox: Data error (cyclic redundany check)"

I tried reinstalling it and that did not work. This problem started after I had used a reg clearner and I think it must have deleted some files.

Can I please get some help.

The problems you are having can be due to a lot of things. I think you are going to have to start a process of elimination. Start with Outlook. reinstall and make sure you have the latest version your operating system will allow. The I/O errors can be due to you exceeding your allocated email allowance dependant of which ISP you are using. After you have re-installed the latest version of I.E and Outlook, setup your accounts, then uninstall and re-install your back-up client. I think both of the problems are to do with Outlook.

Personally, I think your SMTP server is not configured right or is having problems. I would reccommend calling your ISP (or whoever owns the mailserver) and see if they can fix the problem.
