Do you have antivirus installed with up to date definitions? Sounds like the new sasser virus. Here is a link to some information and a removal tool.

I would advise that you install a firewall in the future. ZoneAlarm and Kerio Personal Firewall are both free and works pretty well. Personally, I use Kerio, but many others use ZoneAlarm.
