Real player

I like to listen to pre-recorded talk programmes on real player. I wish to listen to these programmes without having to go on the internet again and again. Is it possible to save the audio on my hard drive/CD. How would one achieve this (in simple steps please)?
Thanking all repliers in advance.

What type of audio programs?

I'm guessing that these programs are copyrighted so you'll be technically breaking the law. However (you did not hear this from me), you can always look for stream rippers for RealPlayer and see if that works....
