| modem has engaged tone
We had a trojan horse dyfica y on our other computer, we successfully managed to get rid of it, but since we cannot connect to the internet, as we get an engaged tone all the time if it helps it had affected the system restore, we hear it trying to dial as normal then it is engaged, we have checked the dial up settings and it all seems ok, can enyone help as this is totally baffeling us. |
