i think i may have fried my mobo....help!

idk what happened if i fried my motherboard or something, but my computer definitely has a problem. i put in a new motherboard, a shuttle MV43N or something like that its micro ATX with a celeron 2.6 processor and a NVIDIA GeForce 5200 FX and a 512 stick of memory.
when i was using my computer, it would just freeze up after about an hour of usage. whatever i was doing it froze and i had to restart. i check the manual for the mobo and it said it need 110V/60W or 230V/50W (i think thats it, the ratios were 110 and 230 tho) so i switched the switch on my power supply to the 230 setting and not 115 thinking that was the problem.
when i turned my computer on with 230 switched and it powered up then immediately powered down. i thought maybe a breaker kind of thing triggered because now i cant even get power to the motherboard, i say that because the light showing me there was at least power wont turn on. please help me, i need my computer back!

Your best bet here may be to contact the mobo manufacturer. I would thing giving the board 230 if it was designed for 110 would not be a good thing. Sorry I cannot help with much else.
