| PC freezing & hanging up
I have an HP desktop unit with XP home on it. The unit start freezing and hanging up about 2 weeks ago and keeps getting worse.
What will happen is I can be running any program, be online or off, or I can be ideal and just letting the screen saver run.The unit will flash the screen black then back on then all is frozen and nothing will work. The only way to get the unit to respond is by unplugging it for 5 mins or so. Then it reboots like nothing has happened. It will do this about every 5to 6 mins then all over again.
I have tried everything I can think of. Help
