usb powered power amp

i had a crazy idea earlier,and couldnt let it rest.i was looking at parts express at the t-amp.then it come to me a project idea.i had a set of usb powered speakers that kinda stink.i thought why not rob the little usb powered amp from them,and use it to power some better speakers.so i got to looking at the rat shack website.im gonna get one of these project box's to put my little amp in.also gonna get input,and output terminals for it.


as you can see in the pic its hooked up,and running my klipsch's.its no monster for sure,but it can play at a reasonable level.the quality of the sound is decent to.got the amp hooked to a usb Xfi card.

well got my small enclosure for it done except waiting for paint to dry.will post finished pics later.

thanks rob! i got it done it really does sound good.took a bit of time,and effort to get it nice.i think it was well worth my time.

thanks daniel the socks yeah lol.i'd been out that day wearing black shoes.it was sunny and hot i got in,and just tossed em there lol.
