OK, to start the ball rolling, here is my system. HP Pavillion T150se, nothing fancy but works for me. Dont expect to win a prize for for that but must be in the running for the untidiest setup. LOL

I'm assumming you're talking about the GX1 stack. The top one is my dad's computer. At the time, I was using the bottom two to learn how to use Linux. The middle was running Gentoo and the bottom was running FreeBSD. Since then, the gentoo box became my brother's personal computer (although having a lot of bugs to work out) and the FreeBSD box became a ClarkConnect router for the house. I would have left it as FreeBSD but I wanted a Web interface for it to make administrating a little bit easier for my brothers.

I know this is an old thread, but the idea of posting a pic of my new machine here made me laugh. Last year I bought a reasonably high end machine by selecting the individual components and having it built. Unfortunately I did not give enough consideration to cooling and had overheating problems when running demanding apps, recent games in particular.

The solution? At the moment I have the machine sitting up on a chair with the side off and a pedestal house fan blowing cool air into it! Has been like this for about 6 months.

I had one like that in the past. With the side off and cool air blowing it, it would run for days, with out, it only lasted about a half hour. I like fans so it worked out good for me.
