Hiya - this is Andrea, me personally - my PC is fine (touch wood!!!!!) BUT my sister Carla - well her PC is a different matter - she has BIG problems - but the problem is she knows absolutely nothing about PC's except how to work it of course - but on general maintainance she is lost - (i know bits to get by - but thats it) Luckily she has just started a general IT course at the local college (hopefully after she's grasped that she'll move onto a more indepth course) Anyway, think i'm going on a bit now - hope somebody can help - cause she's driving me mad!!!
