Hi Alan,

The browser does not go onto the next screen, the download bar shows nothing ie its not trying to download next page it just sits there as if the link button on the browser screen does not work,i have just reloaded windows thinking it maybe a explorer problem but the error is still there? could it be a hardware problem?

cheers lee

OK, try this:
Open notepad and copy or paste the text below into it. Save it as IE-fix.cmd

regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Browseui.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll

Save the file, and double click IE_fix.cmd and answer the prompts.

Let us know how you get on.
