msn messenger

Hi

I have just downloaded msn messenger 6.2.added my contacts.I know one is online but it still shows the contact as offline.I have tried using the other option but it just comes up with the following message could not be delivered to all recipients.can anyone help??.....

Have you tried reinstalling it again? I have had that problem ones, then reinstalled it and everything was OK. Sometimes this will happen when there will be a lot of ping, and normally the contact will get disconnected, or maybe you. But my opinion is first try to download it again, and reinstall.

Check to make sure they have not blocked you. That is a common problem that people sometimes have, blocked by mistake, there friends.
