upstream was 448k downstream was 7200k
throughput of 3000k
i was happy with this..
totally paped my limit by 90 gig and since that day i got an email saying naughty naughty..no action will be taken but if i do it again ill incure charges per gig extra used..fair enough..i can live with that
since that email my stats have fluctuated as such

particulary fond of todays test above..lol..like f**kin dial up
rang bt..indian call centre..im not racist but i couldnt understand a word of what they said.
usual spiel that they dont cap bandwith and it could be line fault..had them test it.they say its fine
i even formatted my pc thinking i had virus that was raping my bandwith with a bot to use denial of service etc..
still the same.shiteee slow
is there any free software any of you could reccomend that would possibly find such infection?
im not a noob but i aint no tech guy..so any info would be great.
btw used highjackthis and nothing suspicolous or nasty found..im using zonealarm,so i do have firewall up.

is there also any other diagnostic software that can prove im being shaped?

forgot to say,am using the voyager 220v wired router
and if i am being shaped surely the test results wouldnt fluctuate so much..
