Disk Usage question...

OK, so I get a disk usage warning from the Cpanel of one of my sites telling me I'm at 89.9% capacity (all this is on an Apache server)

So, I login to the control panel and find these directories taking up alot of space...

tmp/analog - 113.44 Meg
tmp/webalizer - 15.14 Meg
tmp/awstats - 12.30 Meg

I don't see why the tmp/analog is taking up 113.44 Megs.
That's larger than the entire website!

Are these some sort of temp files?
If so, can they be deleted?
