Troubles with I S P provider (maybe)

Alan:

It's been a long time since I talked to you I don't know if you remember but this is b8251213, my question is when I am logged onto my I S P provider and for some reason when I double click on something on their web page, but this does not happen all the time, I will lose my ISP provider and advert back to my desktop. When I double click on the ie icon it will go back to my Internet provider page. Sometimes when I am serving the net the same thing happens the web page goes off and my desktop page appears.

My system as Windows X P professional service pack 2.

Thank you beat 8251213

Scan your machine for viruses, trojans and spyware.
For the spyware and trojans use Spybot Search & Destroy, Microsoft Antispyware and SpySweeper.
Once you know your system is clean, test them post back.

Help us to help you!
Be specific with your problem and tell us your machines specs.

I asked you to use three different antispyware programs because there isnt any one program tha will remove all. Three different scans is normal.
Make sure all the definitions are upto date before you scan.

Did you scan with your antivirus?
