Hi
my computer has been acting werid. today my background changed into a popup. I have had this problem befor but i forgot how to fix it. All i remember is to turn off web sercurity but i forgot how to get there.
Please help if you can.

From the Internet Explorer toolbar, select Tools, then Internet Options.
Select the Security tab then turn on/off whatever option you want.

i think it was because of virus but a pop up suddenly became my back ground how do i fix that.
