ischuim Bench Tech Join Date: Nov 23 2004 Posts: 1	browsers i have been trying to install shockwave player which comes with encarta encyclopedia standard 2004 but it won't install sayind there are some browsers active how do i find them and inactivate them while i install shockwave thanks.
