Firefox Unknown plugin

I was browsing THIS website, and under the category VOIP Telephony, there is a missing plug in. But I don't know what it is, when i click on it Firefox will find nothing. Can someone tell me what is the plugin needed please?

When I have tried the same URL using IE, in that place I have this statement: Java Plug-In detected JRE collision.

Another fact I'm noticing is that before loading the page I am given this Java message twice: Jave Plug-in 1.4.2_05 is not installed properly. Afterwards, an Java Plug-in Warning wil pop-up showing the following message:

'Applet(s) in this HTML page requires a version of jave different from the one the browser is currently using. In order to run the applet(s) in this HTML page, an new browser session is required, press 'YES' to start a new browser session.'

When I press yes a new IE page will open and the whole story again. At least I know that the plug-in problem with Firefox AND IE is Java. What should I do?

EDIT: With OPERA it works fine. I know it's Java plugin corrupted or missing, what should I do then?

Hmm simple, I have problems with Java again. IE is saying that Java is not installed properly, some java applets won't work in websites. Firefox is not recognizing the Java plugin. Hotmail won't open and so many problems. I can't even post long replies in forums.
