Do those search bars show up in the View--Toolbars option in IE?

TopSearch is linked to Kazaa, uninstall Kazaa and that should get rid of it.
Just in case it dosnt, this link will explain how to do it manually.

ICQ Lite Toolbar - the easiest way is to uninstall ICQ Lite, then re-install but this time uncheck the option box to install the toolbar.

To restore your I.E. toolbar try this, but be warned, take care when editing the registry. Deleting the WRONG keys/values can mean a complete re-install of windows. With that said, this is a fairly straight forward edit.

Close all open Internet Explorer windows. Start the Registry Editor (Click Start, Run and type REGEDIT.EXE).

Navigate to the following Registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

In the right pane, locate the WebBrowser sub-key and open it. In the right pane, locate the ITBarLayout value. Right click this value and select Delete.

Close regedit.

Open Internet Explorer and check that your Menu bar/Toolbar has been restored. If not, close all open Internet Explorer Windows and repeat the above step. Then locate the ShellBrowser sub-key, open it and delete the ITBarLayout value there.

After deleting the key did you go to ShellBrowser sub-key, open it and delete the ITBarLayout value there?
Windows will recreate these keys, thats OK, I just wanted windows to recreate clean keys.
